Vered has extensive experience in all segments of real estate and she is one of the leading lawyers in this field in Israel. Vered has expertise in managing transactions and drafting agreements in the full spectrum of projects in the market.

Throughout her years in practice, Vered cultivated a large network of personal and professional relationships with all of the relevant entities in the real estate market. Vered’s qualifications includes counseling and accompanying large-scale and highly complex real estate transactions on projects such as hotels, nursing hospitals, assisted-living facilities, student dormitories, BOT transactions, accompanying landowners in self-construction, urban renewal and extensive construction projects for residential, industrial, commercial and logistics.

Vered has years of experience and expertise in accompanying transactions for buying and selling high-value yielding properties, from the due diligence stage through the management of legal negotiations, including counsel on finance and tax matters, and up to complex and intricate completion processes, including the registration of rights in the registration bureaus and in the Israel Land Authority.

Vered’s skill includes representing landlords and tenants in complex high-value rental agreements.

Vered manages properties in Israel for foreign and non-residents.
